Even after the Jeremiah Wright-Obama scandal has received the attention it has always deserved, the news media outlets continue to manifest their obvious love for him. He’s still the anointed one for CNN, MSNBC and their ilk. All Obama-positive and Hilliary-negative angles with McCain irrelevant… all the time. Of course, the possible exception here is Fox News. That’s a given.
But I say the biggest story to this point, and the one that gets little attention by these Obamite news networks, is that John McCain is either ahead, tied or slightly behind either Democrat going head to head in most polls. McCain sure isn’t getting any coverage from the news channels. He is still presented as a ill tempered old man by them. Yet the guy is running neck and neck with the Democratic candidates, particularly the messianic one from Chicago. The one that Ophrah the Talker “prepared the way for.”
That should be very big news in my opinion.
So why ain’t it?
Because these networks and news shows are run by liberals and they are spinning. I guess that really isn’t big news to most but come on…really. Even Saturday Night Live got it. How much more proof does anyone need? Could it be more obvious that they hope Obama gets the nomination? And how much clearer does it have to be that they have thrown their previous hero under the bus (Billiary)?
Chris Matthews is just as well to wear a big “Vote For Obama” button on his lapel while he does his “show.” Who is he (and his news-brethren) kidding? Not me.
